Ermm...test la... test resepi carrot cake from facebook...
Yang jadi nak test tu sebab resepinya agak lain...dan paling penting >> sebab simple !! ...dan semua bahan jenis memang sentiasa ada stok kat rumah... Kalau resepi yang leceh2 tu lambat sikit laa nak menerainya...
Ni resepi nya...
RECIPE:
3 medium sized carrots
3 eggs
¾ cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1.5 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate powder
¼ cup milk
50g butter
Add the carrots, the eggs and the oil in a blender and blend it for at least 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and baking powder. Pour the carrot-egg-oil puree in to the dry ingredients mixture. Place in a 8-inch cake pan and bake for 45min at 350 F.
For the icing, just mix sugar, chocolate powder, milk and butter in a saucepan and mix it well. When it comes to a boil, wait 1 minute and turn off the heat.

My first try...terus jadik !! Cuma for the icing I lebihkan susu sikit coz if not it is too 'thick'.. And I kurangkan sikit baking powder...1 tbsp tu macam banyak sgt je...
Kalau tanya sedap ke tak, hmm....sedap. Rasa 'fresh"... I think it's because of the carrot. And tak manis sangat. Just nice. Terus punah diet..isk..isk..isk... Berat baru nak turun sikit. Minggu ni kena larik lebih sikit la nampaknya. Padan muka I !!
Okay. Testing selesai... Next test will be next week...insyaAllah. Kalau hari2 test alamatnya....hmm...tambah 'sado' lah ai... ;-)) [ sado la sangattt....hihihi ]
